Use the Supabase file storage functionality to create a backup file for use by users. Should probably be implemented using either a Postgres function and invoked using rpc or with a Supabase edge function (Deno).

Backup functionality will allow users to move their data to another system avoiding lock-in. Formats could include JSON and CSV, or maybe even SQL (if they want to move data into their own Supabase instance).
